Flower Essence Therapy
Flower essences are a very ancient method of holistic healing. They are an ancient form of indigenous plant medicine that has been in use for over 40,000 years. Flower essences can also be described as ‘liquid energy in the form of vibrational medicine or energy medicine’. The energy is the holistic healing pattern or blueprint of the flower or plant it is made from.
Flower essence therapy is based on relationships between certain flowers or plants and specific emotional, mental and spiritual states. A negative expression of an emotional state can be transformed into a positive state by working with the flower essence that correlates to that state.
This means that by taking flower essences we are able to address deep levels of suffering and bring all aspects of our holistic self into harmony and an equilibrated unity.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy, also referred to as guided hypnosis, is a form of psychotherapy that uses relaxation, extreme concentration, and intense attention to achieve a heightened state of consciousness or mindfulness. In other words, it places the individual into a “trance” or altered state of awareness where we can access the super-consciousness, the part of you that ‘already knows’.
The word “hypnosis” comes from the Greek word “hypnos,” which simply means, “sleep.” Together, we journey to aspects of yourself that call for healing and create a new story to enhance your past, present and future.

Somatic & Dance Therapy
Somatic therapy recognizes the inherent connection between the psyche, our energy through sprit, soul, heart, mind and aura AND the body.

Ceremony & Alchemy
A ceremony is structured funneling of specific energies through a portal of unleveling or re-birth. As a ceremonialist, Schirin can guide you through any Rite of Passage of your life elevated as a sacred act. The due importance and acknowledgement of the soul’s evolution with the workings of the elements and magic of Nature.
Your healing session in itself is ceremonial. Tools of ceremony and alchemy for your healing and growth are shared to empower your co-creative.Alchemy is the transmutation of matter, in particular with attempts to convert base metals into gold or find a universal elixir.
The word 'alchemy' is of arabic origin, from the word al-kīmiyā. The word comes from the ancient Egyptian name of Egypt, Khem which means 'black earth'. It was from Egypt that the Arabs acquired the knowledge of this mysterious, scientific art which they referred to as 'the art of the land of Khem'. The Egyptians were highly versed in the art of ritual magic and alchemy as a ritual practice. The power possessed by the Egyptian priestesses or priests who were skilled in the knowledge and working of magic was believed to be almost boundless.
